Major Responsibilities

? Manage the Sales Department of Dachser Nanjing while keeping in line with DACHSER GROUP strategy and general policy;
? Integrate and perform contributively in the areas placed under his responsibility and when directed by Management;
? Build-up, recruit, train and motivate solid a performing sales team in Shanghai;
? Manage and monitor the overall sales staffs activity in SHA placed under his responsibility;
? Develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio and overall business activity, air-freight and sea-freight, import as well as export;
? Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, and handle, monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates;
? Develop and optimise the profitability of Shanghai and North China Region Sales overall activity, and support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China;
? Handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner his daily tasks and duties, and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports;
? Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
? Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.



Key Qualifications

Education: College or/and above
Experience: 8 years work experience in sales department of international forwarding company, including at least 2 years in managerial level
Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
Computer skills: Skilful in office software
Core competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong facilitation and management skills
Creative problem solving ability
High integrity
