This is a contractor role.
The final candidate will sign the labor contract with a third party.

Essential Responsibilities
· Provide sourcing support on all level positions assigned, leverage social media and technology to identify potential talent and arrange value-added exploratory interviews.
· Deliver exceptional candidate slates and partner with recruiting consultant to close the jobs with committed KPIs.
· Maintain communication with candidate networks and ensuring continuous interaction with talent pipeline.
· Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that recruiting policy and practices are executed for the assigned jobs/tasks.
· Reporting function as requested.
· Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
· Undergraduate or under postgraduate, major in HR or Engineering will be preferred.
· Highly proficient and technically savvy, particularly with the use of internet searches, market research and the use of social media (i.e. LinkedIn etc.).
· Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter, clear thinker and result-driven, passionate for human resource management.
· Fluent in both written and oral English.
· Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

· Gather market data and landscape to influence stakeholders.
