1. 获得客户的需求，对项目有全面的了解，独立完成项目建立、执行及报告整个流程；

2. 与设计部门合作，满足客户需求，与工厂技术部门合作保证项目的顺利实施；

3. 跟踪项目的执行情况，监测数据，保证项目执行效果达标；发现并解决项目执行中的问题或及时向有关主管提交问题；

4. 与客户保持良好的关系；协助项目经理与客户的日常沟通；协助规划广告投放，并管理其执行。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，一年以上媒介或执行工作经验；

2. 了解广告策略的制定、广告计划的编制、熟悉媒介工作流程；

3. 具有全面负责项目的整体运作、执行、管理的能力；

4. 善于学习，勤于思考；具备发现问题、解决问题的能力；

5. 良好的沟通能力及处理人际关系能力；具有团队合作精神；工作条理性强，注重细节；

6. 广告公司经验者优先。
