Patek Philippe Geneve, in collaboration with C. Melchers GmbH & Co., is opening Patek Philippe Maison in Beijing. P. R. China, and is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of the Service Logistic Supervisor.

Service Logistic Supervisor 后勤主管

岗位职责：

Repair Scheduling:

-Ensure the work organization in order to comply with Patek Philippe lead time standards.

-Follow-up of each repair in the IT system and ensure tractability.

-Proactive communication with the coordinators in order to update eventual lead-time changes and delays.

-Ensure ongoing inventory of all repair jobs.

任职要求：

Stock

-Ensure stock quantities of all components (Movement/Case), the place of stock as well as the physical stock in and stock out.

-Ensure a sufficient inventory of stock in order to supply the service activities. Managing and follow up of urgent and individual orders for specific repairs.

-Ensure the stock out of components in the Stock keeping system that after repairs have been completed.

-Ensure the IT system tractability of all stock in / out parts and conduct and ongoing inventory of all stored references.

Final Control

-Supervision and organization of final control Activities

-Collection and impute of information related to the production quality.
