职位描述
岗位职责：
1) Training center operational management:
· Training center daily operated functions which includes facility and environment, security management, cleaning team management, catering and central kitchen, fleet management and etc.
· Vendor related on site management which includes on site vendor daily communication, vendor coordination and vendor KPI track and report.
· To work in a role to support on all training course on-site related services, provide services to dealer colleagues and teachers.
· Work as safety management responsible person, track and search for safety related issues on site, and report immediately to central management if potential safety problems found, solve and manage the problem if there’s any. To be able to avoid safety related problems beforehand.
2) Training center administration management:
· Training center vendor related cost, budget and planning.
· Plan and design each center’s daily costs estimations and actual expenses.
· Claim and reimbursement related daily tasks.
· Daily communications with TC manager, teachers, and coaches for possible onsite support.
3) Training center vehicle and equipment related support:
· Support and work with tools and equipment specialist for related class preparations, IT and system support, communications and possible situations happened in the classroom.
· Support and work with tools and equipment specialist for warehouse, tools and equipment, vehicle, electrical facilities on site management.
任职要求：
· Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical is preference, 3 years working related experience.
· Good database management and PPT skills
· Fast learning ability, good communication and coordination ability.
· Able to working under pressure with affinity.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good planning, analyzing and organizing skills
