1、负责为顾客提供听力的相关检查和咨询服务；

2、负责产品性能的介绍分析及销售；

3、根据顾客的听力状况和需求制定专业的听力解决方案；

4、选配、调试助听器，评估助听器效果，进行听力康复指导；

5、定期对顾客进行跟踪回访。
