3. Help store manager to cultivate a customer-focused service culture with every member in the team, and supervise the service maintaining and growing this culture.

15. Help store manager for the recruitment, on-boarding, training and evaluation of the store team to drive a performance culture in the store

17. Support store manager to creates an effective and efficient retail environment where all policies, procedures, tools and operations are under control

19. The store operation duties include but not limited by the following tasks:

23. Make the sales target, and lead the team to achieve it
