职位描述：
1、公司前台接听来电，收取信函快递，接待来访，会议室使用安排；
2、订购办公用品，安排公司外勤人员差旅事宜，如机票及酒店预订，协助组织培训和公司旅游 ；
3、负责员工的考勤统计；
4、负责公司会议的筹备、执行工作；
5、其它行政相关的工作内容。

任职资格：
1、女性，大学本科以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；
2、形象气质佳，声音甜美；
3、工作热情积极、细致耐心、责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力；
4、熟练使用电脑及办公软件。
