职位描述

Archibat Asia is looking for a KA Executive for a French skincare brand

Principal Objectives:

Well plan and execution the marketing plan and promotion plan as well as merchandising of special channel

1. Make and coordinate SEPHORA market plan and promotion plan with all brands internally and assist NKAM to build up good communication with SEPHORA externally

2. Timely implementing the new product and merchandising updating in SEPHORA by cooperating with all brands

3. Well control the execution of planning as well as the budget.

4. Understand the SEPHORA retailing environment and market competition

5. Well monitor the result of all marketing plan (product,promotion,merchandising) and feedback to all brands

6. Coordinate the brand new staff training and expert training to SEPHORA BA

Major Responsibilities:

1. Understand market situation :

· Regularly integrate sale data including competitors information

· Deliver insightful POS / category / products analysis to understand shoppers behavior of SEPHORA

2. Marketing Implementing-coordinate between brands and SEPHORA Headquarter

· Annually make the marketing calendar align with brands marketing as well as the budget

· Timely implementing all marketing program like new launch, promotion plan including GWP / Value set, incentive plan

· Timely updating the merchandising initiatives by well coordinating between brands and accounts like light box updating, material delivering, renovation and plannogram changing

· Right suggestion of the assortment mix of each brands in SEPHORA to maximize the sales and effectiveness meanwhile maintain the brand presence.

3. Well-organized and planned communication platform with brand people to ensure the consistence of brand presence in SEPHORA

4. Well-coordinated new staff training and on-going training material between brands training team and Key account supervisor
