Position Title: GTT_ Parts Asia/International Business Controller (26956BR)
POSITION CONTENT AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S):
? Drive process harmonization across all sites
? Lead annual budget process and consolidation per site
? Lead monthly estimate forecast process and consolidate per site
? Analysis of Budget, forecast and Actual figures per site
? Report functionally to the Global Finance & Business Controller Manager
? Assist the Global Finance & Business Controller Manager with creation of ad-hoc reports
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for analysis & communication of KPI:s MCL, MPV, OPEX, Headcount & Payment days, Tooling cost per site
? Analyze reporting needs and create analytical reports for site usage
? Secure FPP rules for Parts Purchasing Processes within Finance
? Create processes
AUTHORITIES:
? Approval of manual MCL corrections
RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES:
? Analysis and understanding of global trends & performance drivers
? Comment and execute summary responsible for all VPG PU reports
? Quality and accuracy assured Purchasing reports delivered on time
