职位描述
Job Description:
1) Liaise with business and management team for business system requirement analysis.
2) Collaborate with application colleagues to design application and database structure and development plan.
3) Collaborate with application colleagues to develop, test, identify and resolve bugs of applications.
4) Work closely with application development vendor to ensure the success of outsourcing development plans.
5) Liaise with IT members and colleagues of other departments to deploy new applications.
6) Train users for applications and software.
7) Maintain existing CRM system. Be in charge of system upgrading and optimization plans.
8) Maintain existing finance system.
9) Maintain databases.
10) Optimize current data transferring interface between fiancé and CRM systems.
11) Collaborate with business teams and data security department to ensure corporate data security policy is implemented properly.
12) Work closely with helpdesk team to guarantee routine office software working smoothly.
13) Conduct IT application training to common users.
Job Qualification:
1) Candidate must have at least a Degree in IT or Computer Related from a recognized University
2) At least 3 years of software development experience
3) In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
4) In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies, especially C#, ASP.NET and Web Service
5) In-depth knowledge of IIS administration and web service development
6) In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000/2005
7) Programming background in BPM and DMS are highly valued
8) In-depth knowledge of Java script
9) Knowledge of C/S, B/S, multi-tiered architecture and technologies
10) Knowledge of Crystal report is preferred
11) Knowledge of Internet/Intranet architecture and technologies
12) Ability to work autonomously and within a team
13) Ability to lead other developers when necessary
14) Experience on SharePoint server implementation and administration is preferred
15) Good communication and Ability to work autonomously and within a team
16) Good knowledge of CRM,Finance system,BPM (Business Process Management) and DMS (Document Management System) etc
17) Good project management skills and experience in vendor management
18) Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Language and Other certifications:
1) Good communication skill Proficient in verbal and written English
2) Project management Professional certificate are preferred
3) Microsoft certified developer of MCSD, MCAD is preferred
