Overall Responsibility
Be responsible for the assigned sales revenue (including exhibit space and VAS) for the assigned events.
Responsibilities
1. To prepare, implement, monitor sales activities for the assigned event targets
2. To define a local sales strategy in coordination with the show team
3. To identify the right sales targets in terms of Public entities (Provinces, cities, etc.) and private companies (developers, investors, suppliers)
4. To develop a direct sale and indirect sales network in mainland China (representatives)
5. To provide after-sales services to exhibitors (including booth allocation) and ensure high customers retention rate
6. To achieve 100% of sales target and milestones for the assigned events and segments in both exhibit space and VAS
7. To support respective Project Managers to prepare and submit accurate and timely reports
8. To ensure payment collection from exhibitors as per contracted terms
9. To assist project managers in compiling business operating plan, sales strategy paper, sales milestones, sales forecast, sales tools and sales action plan
10. To prepare and present formal sales presentations to assigned accounts as required
11. To develop and maintain exhibitor prospect lists
12. To ensure prism-lite record are updated
13. Other assigned works, which can include support the conference team in the organization of sessions and assistance in the definition of the marketing tools for the Chinese market.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years working experience as sales manager
3. Sales vision and the ability to acquire quickly detailed knowledge of the industry, real estate industrial background is preferred
4. Ability to meet deadlines within budget
5. A good understanding of sales and PR activities
6. First class communication skills in Chinese and English
7. Ability to work under real pressure, effective time management
8. Good leadership skill.
