工作职责

1、托管客户国内、国际航空协议，运价测试，系统上线。

2、依据客户采购情况，给予合理建议，新签建立航空协议合作。

3、同国内、国际航司销售建立日常联系，拜访、接待、协调、处理航空合作产品。

4、处理航空协议延伸国内、国际机票产品、客票操作服务。

任职资格

1、大专或同等级别以上学历，外语日常沟通、写作顺畅；

2、有两年以上国内/国际机票销售服务相关工作经验；

3、有TMC集团客户机票服务工作经验；

4、熟练操作travelsky等GDS系统国内、国际机票查询、预定、出票业务；

5、熟练运用excel、word、PowerPoint等offline软件；

6、工作细致认真，责任心强、诚信敬业；

7、善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神；

8、有耐心，有较强的客户服务意识。
