职位描述
Job Description:
1. Be the key contact to show team for finance matter and liaise to Financial Accounting teams if required
2. Attend show business review to get update and provide input for management decision
3. Review show revenue and cost (include entities G&A) YTD against budget and forecast with commentary
4. Re-forecast when there is a change in show PL and entities GA to ensure more accuracy latest forecast are provided
5 . Upload Monthly Synapse template to RX Plan for management reporting
6 . Highlight to Financial Accounting teams if there is any error in coding and ensure actual numbers are in line with budget/forecast
7 . Review show revenue ageing report and push show team for collection to avoid bad debts
8 . Analyst cash flow movement for responsible BU and provide cash flow conversion for management decision
9 . Prepare budget/strategic plan/RF for responsible BU to ensure the numbers are in line with Synapse system
10 . Prepare show report after event including finalizing the show P&L
11 . Prepare monthly sales activities including collection status
12 . Liaise with Financial Accounting teams for monthly accrual to ensure accuracy for both actual/budget/forecast is in line for reporting
13 . Check C1, C2 & C3 reports are reconciled against RX Plan and HFM for each BU after uploaded into Synapse system
14 . Check SOX confirmation for each BUs is compliance after data has been uploaded into Synapse System
15 . Attend and support show team on site when there is a show event
16 . Working with show team to prepare show set up and pricing sheet
17 . Adhoc required reports by management
Job Qualification:
1. Graduate from a local university majoring in accountancy/finance
2. At least 6 years of accounting working experience
3. Hands on and detailed person
4. IT literate with good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preference given to those with Hyperion experience
5. Careful and hardworking person.
