Task/Area of responsibility:

1. Maintain customer relationship

2. Monitoring market trend and competitor trend

3. Define potential customer

4. Define and track with current customer for coming new project nomination

5. develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

6. co-ordinate sales action plans with individual interface departments

7. monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team

8. liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives

9. assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals

10. track, collate and interpret sales figures

11. forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue

12. generate timely sales reports

13. develop pricing schedules and rates

14. formulate sales policies and procedures

15. help prepare budgets

16. maintain inventory control

17. develop promotional ideas and material

18. cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
