1. Sales Acumen销售技能

• 充分了解店铺每日和每周的零售KPI指标。主动和其他团队成员配合，以支持店铺完成目标在自己的销售区域内关注顾客，有效完成自己的其他工作，但以服务顾客优先
• 能够通过寻求销售机以完成交易，并能通过例证描述每日销售情况

            

2. Customer Service 客户服务

• 在日常销售中，能持续保持询问顾客适当的问题，主动聆听顾客以找出他们的需求和兴趣点
• 通过顾客的言语和行为举止辨识出购买信号，提供相应的客户服务
• 能够一直持续保持运用不同的客户服务技巧服务于不同的客户

                

3. Brand and Product Knowledge品牌和产品知识

• 对丹宁（或时尚）有强烈的兴趣，并展现给客户积极的态度
• 正确和充分理解产品信息，主动运用品牌和产品知识进行销售
• 对了解品牌和店铺里的产品都很有兴趣，并愿意将这些兴趣和热情传达给客户以增长销售

                

4. Flawless execution of operations & process 准确执行店铺运营流程和规定

• 了解政策和流程的必要性，严格遵循其要求
• 在收货，成列，销售, 盘点和补货时都认真仔细，并保持店铺整洁有序的环境
• 始终保持准时和准确的完成店铺工作任务
• 充分理解店铺工作的安全和财产保护要求，积极保护好店铺的财物，确保工作环境的安全。遇到紧急情况时保持冷静。

                    

5. Teamwork 团队协作

• 了解团队协作的重要性，并是良好的团队成
• 尊重团队成员的差异性，能和睦相处
• 主动寻求并积极接受意见和反馈，主动提高自我能力
