Job Description
As Sales Vice President of a leading Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplier, you will lead all functions of countrywide sales organization to achieve growth objectives;
You will work together with more than 250 people spreading all over China to strive for financial targets and strengthen strong customer partnerships;
You will drive sales activities and take full responsibilities of P&L, via collaborating with all businesses units, such as Residential Heating, Residential Hot Water, Commercial Heating and Commercial Air Conditioning hand in hand.

Your contribution to something great:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Developing planning and executing of country sales strategy in line with divisional global and AP targets;
- Accountable for plan implementation, providing hands on leadership and engage people to deliver high performance;
- Align strategies and plan to drive specific region, product group and market share growth; ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration with global or AP supporting functions;
- Represent country sales organization of China as the primary point of contact for sales perspective towards executive management of the division in Asia Pacific
Customers & Channels Management
- Keep state-of-art of the changes of the industry and hunt for new business opportunities;
- Drive Retail Excellence and ensures a seamless, brand-aligned representation across all touch points with customers;
- Champion the voice of the customers as a mechanism to develop positive product and service solutions.
Leadership in Action
- Design programs to make sure we are the top choice of customers;
- Organize sales force and push for sales strategy formation and implementation;
- Orchestra all functions (sales, marketing, service and logistics, etc.) to deliver operational excellence and coach team to strive for high performance.
Qualifications
What distinguish you:
