Job Description – Search Director

Reporting Line: GM of iProspect

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for client search accounts management and operations.

· Develop SEM strategy and tactics for campaign and deliver the campaign management.

· Keep SEM optimization to consistently increase the service quality.

· Expand performance approaches not limit to search new products, formats, programmatic buying, e-commerce, social, etc. to help client business.

· Coordinate with other teams for integrated insights and client business proposals.

· With the help of tracking, trends, performance data to build consistent data solution to help build client media performance.

· Lead and coach the team to deliver daily operations, including reporting, accounts operation and bidding, creative materials support, etc.

Qualifications:

· +5 years related working experience in SEM, min. 3 years of team manage experience.

· Familiar with all search platforms including Baidu, 360, Sogou, Shenma, rich knowledge on media products and differences.

· Strong data sense on benchmark by rich SEM management experience and practices.

· Have the ability to develop insights on search marketing trends, consumer search behavior and apply it into client search business.

· Baidu Mid level Certificate is preferred.

· Good at both Mandarin and English, written or speaking.
