Special requirement:

• Fluent English (capable to do free communication with foreigner)
• Strong communication skill (more than 30 stakeholders)
• Capable to organize testing whole cycle, define test strategy, test schedule, manage test execution, and defects follow-up.
• 5+ test management experience.
• Database knowledge is a plus

General Requirement

Experience

？ 7+ years of testing management experience in full life-cycle external projects;

？ 4+ years experiences in testing management for multiple projects;

？ 4+ years experiences in testing management for global/oversea project;

？ 4+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, SAP Project or Shopfloor System.

Methodology and Certification

？ Well understand BMW project management methodology(ITPM);

？ ISTQB certified test manager is preferred;

？ Well know with ITIL methodology and its implementation;

？ Understand BBA Test Master Plan/ Concept.

Technical Skill

？ Strong communication skills in both written and oral English and capable to support global working module;

？ Strong in experience in HP ALM;

？ Strong skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;

？ Strong mind-set on IT project testing management methodologies;

？ Strong skills in presentation and providing testing related training;

？ Strong skills in providing testing related training;

？ Strong controlling and monitoring in projects testing progress;

？ Well know with BBA Test Master plan/ Concept;

？ Specific domain knowledge is required. Such as BI knowledge;

？ Performance and stress testing experience is preferred;

？ Automation testing experience is preferred;

？ If required, capable to design and execute test cases;

？ In some specific case, SAP consultant experience is preferred.

？ Strong conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiation skills;

？ Strong resource management skill for multiple projects;

？ Strong skill in coaching project team in testing methodologies and execution;

？ Strong team work management and leadership ability;

？ Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills;

？ Strong to give direction and imparts knowledge and expertise based on prior experience relevant to the service;

？ Strong communication, coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills;

？ Strong creativity and judgment to seek to achieve the process improvement.
