1. Feasibility of parts and tools during part Development process with taking into consideration of cost, efficiency, quality ect.

2. Counseling of the design department in all tooling engineering questions

3. Generating of tool specifications. Clarification and plant adjustment with the relevant production plant

4. Calculation of tool and change costs.

5. Coordination of the toolmaker during design, build and maturation phase until acceptance of production plant and carry out tooling trial out

6. Fill and provide project documents. Submit all relevant information to the project team

7. Participate at FMEA, reviews and Gateway meetings. Prepare necessary documents and status

8. Support sales department in technical questions

9. Ensure cost, quality and timing targets and tooling technologies

10. Experience in managing complex international tooling projects conformity of tools

12. Documentation of costs and maturity steps country specific mentality

13. Documentation of process and trial results
