Job title: Sales Analyst

Reporting to: Strategy & Operation Manager

Job description:

1. Provide regular and ad-hoc sales reports and analysis to guide resource allocation, business performance and management.

2. Drive for sales KPI achievement, continuous improvements in operation efficiency and productivity to enable business target achievement.

3. Track major investment and project, identify growth opportunities.

4. Lead annual commercial planning process, coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

5. Create central master data pool, consolidate sales data, hospital data, patient data, price data etc. together.

6. Monitor sales data accuracy and sales system coordination.

Key requirement:

1. 1~2 years of experience in business analysis role.

2. Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Management etc.

3. Strong influencing skills, analytical skills, communications skills etc.

4. Self-initiative and independent

5. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

6. Healthcare background is preferred.
