Job Description

a.Familiar multiple industries and understand the market dynamics, compile the market research reports according to customers' requirement independently.

b.Communicate with major research organizations and submit analysis reports based on the data and superior's requirement.

c.Familiar with the market research process and related methods.

d.Keen insight and certain analytical skills.

e.Good leadership and management capability.

f.Good planning ability and writing level.

g.Work conscientiously, with team spirit.

Responsibilities

a.Lead the market analyst for planning a market research project.

b.To supervise and control the pace of the market research, and evaluate the work of the staff.

c.Write the market research report according to market research results, as a leader in decision-making basis, put forward relevant suggestions and opinions.

d.Maintain good communication with other departments and external research organizations.

e.Be responsible for providing guidance and training to the internal members of the department in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the staff.

f.Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements

a.Bachelor of Marketing Management or related degree.

b.A minimum of five(5+) years' experience in market research.

c.Related working experience in the management team.

d.Familiar with the information restructuring and market research processes.

e.Good at thinking, divergent thinking and innovation.

f.Good adaptability, communication skills and writing skills

g.Keen insight and certain analytical skills

h.Active, cheerful, able to establish connections with the wider industry.

i.Overseas education background preferred
