职位描述
招标策略制定与管理:
Collect and analyze the bidding policies, and formulate the overall strategy.
1.1 制定全国范围内招标投标策略,配合商务策略总监,各地招标经理及经销商进行投标工作
Develop national tendering strategy, coordinate Commercial strategy and planning Associate Director and local tendering managers for the tendering work.
1.2 负责招标政策信息采集,实时关注招标动态,重大事项及时汇报,为公司决策提供政策依据
Responsible for information collection of bidding policies, monitoring bidding dynamics, report on major issues in time, and provide policy basis for company decision-making.
1.3 收集汇总各地二次议价信息,制定二次议价策略
Summarize local 2nd round price negotiation information, and prepare related strategy.
招标项目管理与监测:
Track and manage bidding projects.
2.1 负责管理与跟进各项招标项目的进展,搜集汇总中标数据和竞品信息,并进行招标策略分析
Follow up bidding projects, collect bidding information and conduct competitive analysis.
2.2 负责招标资料的归档和管理
Responsible for bidding materials' filling and documentation.
2.3 调解决招标过程中出现的各种突发事件
Adjust the various emergencies that occurred during the bidding process.
内外沟通及跨部门协作:
Communicate with relevant internal and external departments and cross-departmental collaboration.
3.1 从全国层面协调区域招标资源,定期召开招标部门内部沟通会
Coordinate all tendering resources, hold internal tendering communication meeting regularly.
3.2 负责组织招标团队在总部的跨部门沟通会议,传递招标策略与信息
Organizing cross-departmental meeting at the headquarters, passing bidding strategy and information
3.3 指导、培训公司部门同事招标相关知识
Conduct Internal training
3.4 对政府相关部门、权威专家等招标重点客户进行客情维护,提高客户的满意度
Relationship maintenance, and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1. 大学本科以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above on pharmaceutical, clinical medicine or clinical medicine related with outstanding English.
2. 至少三年以上招标或政府事务相关工作经验;同行业类似职业工作经验,有实质性的参加过行业内招标的外联工作 。
At least 3 years' working experience in tendering, government affairs, or similar working experiences, practically take part in the coordination and communication work of tendering in the industry.
3. 良好的项目管理能力:制定全面的计划,密切跟进管理。
Capability of project management: develop comprehensive plan, track and manage the project closely
4. 分析问题与解决能力:多角度分析问题,权衡利弊,找出***解决方案并实施
Capability of problem analysis and problem solving: analyze problem from multi-angles, balance pros and cons, and find out the best way to solve problem and execute it
5. 良好的沟通和协调能力:与部门内部同事、其他部门和招标相关政府部门沟通与协调,有效发挥各方面的资源优势。
Capability of communication and coordination: coordinate with colleagues in the teams, other teams, and government tendering departments, leverage resource of relevant stakeholders
6. 较强的突发事件应变能力:镇定处理突发事件,把控全局,根据情况随机应变。
Capability of handling emergent issues: handle emergent issues calmly, and could control overall situation and make decision adjust to specific circumstance
7. 较强的压力承受能力:能在较大的工作压力下完成工作。
Capability to work under pressure & perform duties with high quality timely
