? PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Primary responsibility is the development of new products from the generation of the product to the introduction of the product to the market. Ensures that any new product meets the evolving needs of the organization, through continual innovation, evaluation, and implementation. Requires strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills. Should have good analytical and presentation skills. Must work well in a dynamic group environment and under deadline pressures. Coordinates the efforts of marketing, design, and production to test and develop new products. Typically in larger organizations this is a senior level manager. Frequently reports to a Top Product Development Executive.
? Strategic Vision of the market needs from consumer to customer
The person will be in charge of market study implementation on markets, products, innovation & trends, analyzing the competitors offer and their communication via all classic & new technology (website, @newsletter, Newsletter, exhibitions, social communities)
Elaborate in collaboration with the MWV Team, the Strategic Marketing Initiatives of the portfolio of product range.
? FOLLOW UP of Sales of its product range
She/he will be involved into the sales figures of the current year, the forecast analysis, and the budget tools work preparation with the Asia Sales Manager.
Responsible for marketing the organization's products and/or services including market research, direct marketing, product management, market development, communications and price positioning, she/he will be responsible for the management & distribution of price lists (direct sales, retailers, & official distributors.
? BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans. Identifies new market opportunities (i.e., products/services, technologies, markets). Monitors organization's market share and competition.
? LEVEL Manager
Manages on a transversal way professional employees and/or supervisors; may manage technical/business support or production/operation staff.
She/he Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
? EXHIBTION
She/he will attend to some important Exhibitions, and participate to the collection of the latest samples to exhibit.
Main Purpose of the Role
To devise and implement a coherent plan that will deliver the revenue and profitability targets through the development of existing or new products and the acquisition of new customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Packaging background or cosmetic industrial is preferred.
Technical Degree or equivalent in Sales or Marketing
Excellent English in speaking and writing.
Technical skills in Drawing software (Autocad, &/or Others) would be great
EXPERIENCE
5 plus years packaging/sales/business development experience, ideally gained in the packaging device, primary packaging, marketing or research and development environments. The job holder must be used to achieving agreed sales and profitability targets with the minimum of management intervention, and be comfortable with developing new opportunities.
