Ensure Compliance and safety of Products

Contribute to Product projects Quality Milestones and product gates

Contribute to industrialization of Projects for product task

Background

knowledge in Industry Quality process (APQP, PPAP, SQA…) background preferred

Strong quality system chain with Electrical products background

Main tasks

Product compliance and manufacturing improvement

Ensure the proper application of the quality processes

Lead, manage the Elec Quality Team

Identify key point of improvement in our organization

Guarantee the product compliance (Regulation, Safety, Usage)

Lead Claim management & Continuous improvement process with team members

Ensure the manufacturing improvement through SQA process implementation.

3rd party Laboratory management

 Soft skills 

Strong willingness to develop and maintain cooperation with project team and Business Unit

Ability to structure and define procedure, organization’s model

Open minded, and skills development oriented

Size of teams managed：

Up to 10 people
