About This Job:
This is a Role of product management on Vegetable & Fruit FN(Fungicide) in fungicide team, and deliver robust technology components in order to help build a compelling and competitive Territory portfolio offer:
? Set and implement product direction in line with Global strategies to deliver Territory strategy and enable profitable market share growth.
? Develop Vegetable & Fruit crop NPI (New product introduction) plan and support successful launch.
? Develop Vegetable & Fruit FN (Fungicide) strategy on key crops offer/solution and prove of concept.
? Set Vegetable & Fruit FN strategy development and implementation to meet requirements on business quality target.
? Market analysis to develop brand plan.
? Work with Marketing Services or agencies to develop brand communication program.

Qualifications:
? Agricultural background mini ＞3 years of relevant experience.
Critical knowledge
? Strong fungicide technical knowledge is prefer.
? Fluent English communication.
? Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent.
