IELTS Administration Assistant (Stock Management) (CHI-367)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

This is interesting role for those who are looking to embark on a career with us; you will be contributing to the achievement of the East China Examinations Services Team’s objectives through effective support to the delivery of IELTS test in East China such as supporting IELTS Administration Officer on stock process in line with IELTS test standards, support IELTS secure stock in/out in line with IELTS standards and manage IELTS supervisor packs in line with IELTS standards etc.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be able to qualify for this position, you will need language proficiency in English B2 (Aptis, IELTS 6 or equivalent), Chinese C1 (HSK 5 or equivalent) and preferably with a degree in any discipline. It will be required that you have experience of working on administration process or have experience working with exams administration and managing people.
