Job description:

• Solution developed by our company. Be responsible on solution’s daily operation support, continuously improvement, new functions development follow and roll-out, work with global team to align on global strategy and development plan.
• New solution developed by our company roll-out or enhancement in China.
• Work closely with local software vendor for properly improve local applications using performance/function…
• Support on needs of price list/agreement, e-commerce in China market, data analysis … when it comes to marketing departments’ request.
• Participate global solutions development, roll-out and enhancement in China as assigned by Group IT.
• Be involved in Global Portfolio and Project Governance department’s training and activities to introduce knowledge and competence with the China IT manager into China.
• Work closely with global function teams to ensure global standards in relevant solutions are implemented in right manner, such as global master data rules, technical standards, global solution and project methodology (Brief online, store system...)
• Provide necessary solution training with related business department key users.
• Provide daily support with all end users

Qualifications:

• Quick learner of different tools, workflows
• Strong business oriented sense
• Good communication skills and self study ability
• Rigurous / Reactivity / Self-Motivated
• Basic knowledge on C#,JAVA,SQL, Oracle, etc
• Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused and is able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure.
• Preferably has led an ERP deployment or been primarily responsible for an ERP system's management in an organization.
• Project Management experience and training, PMP certification is a MUST.
• Fluent in English.
