JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责

The responsibilities include installation, commissioning and technical support of Olympus Non-destructive test systems used in the non-destructive testing industry. The successful candidate must have a minimum of a BS EE Degree with four to eight years installation and commissioning of automatic controlled systems. 安装开通奥林巴斯无损检测系统，并负责开通后的技术支持。具备1-3年自动化系统的安装开通经验，电子工程类专业本科以上学历。年龄不限。

The responsibilities also include doing repair/calibration on the portable and advanced instruments in the service lab when in line system support is not fully packed.工作职责还包括：在实验室维修/校准公司生产的其它便携式探伤仪表。

Working in a branch service office, the technician will install and commission both Olympus NDT ultrasonic and eddy current test systems, dealing directly with the customer in an after sales support position. The technician will be required to trouble shoot all company NDT systems after a successful training period. The training could be onsite training in China or factory training in Canada. • Provide consistent customer service which meets company guidelines for quality delivery and value meeting established Olympus service goals; 按照公司的要求为客户持续地提供服务。
• On site System Diagnostics And Service For All Olympus NDT Systems; 对奥林巴斯的工业无损检测系统到客户现场进行故障排除等技术服务。
• Service Signal UT Electronics 对超声检测电路信号进行诊断支持。
• Service Motion Control Systems 对自动化驱动系统进行维护服务。
• Service System Computer 对系统的管理计算机进行维护。
• Provide Installation System Assistance 对项目的安装提供支援。
• Follow detailed calibration procedures for all Olympus products; 按照校准程序校准奥林巴斯所有的探伤仪表设备。
• Repair portable and advanced NDT instruments according to the given procedures in service lab.在实验室维修公司生产的其它便携式探伤仪表。
• Provide customer assistance (often on site) when required interfacing with both the sales force and factory support to achieve an effective customer support event; 应销售或国外工厂的要求去客户现场对客户进行有效的支持。
• Utilize test equipment and software procedures to calibrate instrumentation; 熟练使用测试设备和测试软件对仪表进行校准。
• Interface directly with customers providing a successful service event; 直接面对客户提供优质服务。

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 技能要求

• Strong interpersonal skills; 具备很强的人际关系处理技巧
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The person must be able to provide detailed, written reports that effectively communicate the needs of customers and market situation; 出色的书面及口头表达能力。并能出具详细地书面报告与用户进行有效沟通。
• Ability to multi-task; 能够同时从事多个任务。
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize; 具备组织自己工作的能力。
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English languages. 中英文熟练。
• Excel in fast paced environment, ability to multi-task and work / meet shipping deadlines; 适应快节奏的工作环境，能按时完成任务。
• Ability to travel 30% of the time能够适应30%的时间出差。

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS教育及经验要求

• 1-3 years experience; 1-3年的电子或自动化系统的安装开通经验。
• BS EE Degree 电子工程类大学本科学历。年龄不限。
• Excellent trouble shooting Skills 极强的故障处理能力
• Excellent Electronic Skills 丰富的电子电路技能。
