职位描述

Your team :

You’ll be working in the APAC End User Service Service operations team. We are a global team spread in APAC, UK and US. The role requires participation with different teams and our team members across those regions.


Your experience and skills :

You have:

- Minimum 7 years of support experience (Preferably in finance)


- Experience driving change in large organizations

- Experience managing both people, and projects a fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office suite, and standard support tools

- In the case of exceptional candidates some elements of the above will be flexible.

You are:

- Highly committed, and able to build very close working relationships with both the business and support teams

- Able to look at data/trends and present the analysis to key stakeholders.
