We are looking for someone who can: – Contribute to tactical development and innovations in Financial Technologies – Collect data and perform Data Science analysis and visuals to enhance Business decision making – Assist Front Office Traders / Sales with small automation / Scripting tasks to increase efficiency – Explore techniques and activities such as artificial intelligence and machine learning *Your team: You’ll be working in the APAC Equity Derivatives Deskdev team in Shanghai. This team interacts closely with Front Office teams in the APAC Equity Derivatives space and provides a variety of tactical tools, analysis, and support for daily activities and challenges. You will also be working closely with members from Technologies / Quants / Structuring as well as Trading / Sales and together solve various problems in the business space in a tactical and agile manner.

*Your experience and skills:

You have: – strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds to solve problems together – a passion for Derivatives Business and potentially pursuing a career path with Front Office – experiences in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, VBA – experiences in web technology (React/Vue/Angular) is a plus You are: – hardworking and willing to challenge the status quo in search for better solutions – interested in data analytics / machine learning and applications to real-life financial problems – strong believer in power of automation and efficiency – eager to learn and pick up financial and technical knowledge and skillsets – self-disciplined and able to adapt to a fast changing business climate
