职位描述

Purpose of the position:

To provide accurate and data based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity.

Position in the organization:

Report to Greater China Financial Controller

Duties:

Monthly group financial reports


to review and make sure the success submit of monthly group reports and other commentaries on time within the deadlines, and be the back-up of accounting team for monthly group report submit and preparation

Finish annual group reporting submission and gap explanation with audited PRC report and year-end monthly reporting

to prepare dashboard and provide financial analysis

Prepare and monitor the budget

to be responsible for the preparation of the budget and follow up very closely regarding the gaps


Management and analysis of Financial data

Be responsible of financial reporting analysis, including production output related factors, costing analysis, indirect costs, non-quality costs, EBIT impact; also stock movement and adjustment, stock provision, etc.

Transfer pricing and standard cost calculation

Responsible of new item TP calculation setting, TP adjustment simulation based on EBIT forecast, and also DVC/LVC standard costs calculation based on group rules

Project cost budget and actual cost follow up


Act as a key member of project management team to support project cost budget and actual cost follow up report.

ERP finance reporting function improvement with IT : involve deeply in the ERP projects and ERP improving

Other works assigned by FC

to take care other works assigned by China Finance Controller

Skills:

Proven working experience as a finance analyst

Hands on experience with statistical analysis and packages

Proficient in Excel,MS Word and Powerpoint and financial software applications

English in verbal and written

Good communication skill

Team player

Work under pressure

Education & Backgound required:

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

More than 2 years working experience in finance analyst.

Proactive learning skill and team worker.
