Responsibilities:

1. Understand overall brand strategies of Marketing Department and localizes marketing plans.

2. Explore the insight and work out the reginal plan and budget.

3. Build the brand image in region and provide direction and insight related to tactical thought of regional market issues.

4. Identify regional opportunities and potential trend through regional market data interpretation to improve the market share.

5. Collaborate with marketing on the creation and execution of regional unique activities.

6. Participate or lead the brand key pilot rolling out.

7. Identify regional marketing competitor landscape, provide regional competition strategy and implementation plan.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above on pharmaceutical, clinical medicine or clinical medicine related with outstanding English.

2. At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical company with marketing or sales manager position.

3. At least 2 years in TA of ONCO or specific drug, especially Cerebral Tumor related area preferred.

4. Marketing experiences with top 10 pharmaceutical company would be highly preferred.

5. Excellent market analytical & problems' solving skills with Strong planning skill.

6. High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Capability to work under& perform duties with high quality timely.
