Job Responsibility：

• Be responsible for retail systems daily operations to ensure retail business continuity in assigned territory of market
• Implementation of new IT projects and solutions in responsible territory
• Enhancing retail solutions' functions and performance by collecting user requirements from business users and solution implementation

  Required Competency：

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and team work spirit
• Taking personal responsibilities
• Comprehensive experience in retail IT operations.
• Capable of analyzing and trouble-shooting IT incidents including applications and infrastructure
• Able to offer IT system training to business users.
• Perform consistently even under pressure and uncertain situation
• Python or iOS development skills are plus
