Position Responsibilities：

• Make trend and marketing research of chino pants and woven catagory. Constantly ensure upgrade of category, pinpoint and improve fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands.
• Tracking sales data then improve weak categories to market demands from running analyzes.
• Sourcing, select and evaluate domestic and overseas suppliers, negotiate purchasing business with them.
• Develop samples, make tech-pack and follow samples schedule.
• Follow up bulk orders include the delivery date, QC. Supervising purchase contacts execute.
• Work closely with domestic and overseas design and buying team.
• Trips to supplier for handover, fitting samples to ensure premium brand quality standards. Inspirational trips with designer for sample shopping in china and overseas.
• Be responsible for collecting offer samples and trims from the suppliers, new seasons trend research.

Qualifications：

• College degree and above, major in international trade and textile is preferable.
• More than 3 years' experience within fashion brand, experience from a similar brand is preferred.
• Familiar with knowledge of garment, fabric and fitting.
• Good commercial understanding, team player, ability to work independently, takes ownership and initiative.
• Good communication skills, and be good at expressing ideas.
• Excellent in using MS-office, in particular excel and analysis.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
