Responsibility：

1. Routine communication with buying team, assist Product Manager to arrange tasks or release daily notice to buying team.

2. Assist Product Manager to update and supplement the year plan for Product and Design team, twice a year.

3. Coopratte with buying team assistant to do preparation for ordermeeting, include key in style information, take photos ect

4. In the production phase, be responsible to audit the order and pricing info. in product development system.

5. Pre-audit the payment applications of bulk production to ensure the accuracy, and hand over the Finance Team twice a week.

6. Update the bulk delivery form twice a week to monitor the delivery status.

7. Initiate the Delivery Review twice a month, to take action to the defective bulk production and late deliveries.

8. Seasonal data analysis on Supplier Ordering Overview.

9. Annual renewal of contractual documents with Legal Dept., and collect new apparel service contracts from buying team.

10. Be responsible for attendance of team, and monthly report to Operation Manager and Product Manager.

11. Collect and arrange overseas shooting samples for Marketing and EC team.

12. Book models for seasonal order meeting, and settle the payment after order meeting.

13. Draft agenda for Brand Director, and help with daily business and personal stuff.

14. Release overseas payment once in a while.

15. Cross-team communication, and forward or update the info. to buying team.

16. Other ad-hoc assigned by Product Manager.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience 3-5 years, preferable have MNC working experience.

2. Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Work under pressure, good time management.

4. Independent personality, high efficiency and good at execution.

5. Proactive and careful with work, good team spirit.

6. Logical thinking and willing to lean and think over.

7. Proficient with MS office, especially in Excel data processing and analysis.

8. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, this position requires a lot of daily communication in English, prefer CET-4 level or above.
