Job Responsibility 职责描述：
? Working with E-Commerce team and product team
? Participate on EC collection elaboration
? Trends research/ Brainstorming based on EC request and theme of collection
? Create graphic and print concept, make graphic and prints according to concept
? Provide tech packs in illustrator according to collection and style definition
? Be part of a team that develops and designs products through every phase of development from sketching, fabric selection, accessory approval and fitting, to the final production
? Provide collection overview with colored sketch for each style
? Key in all relevant information (tech pack included) into product development on-line platform
? Control and comment on the prototypes and graphic strike-offs until their final approval, consulting with the Production Manager
? Play an active role throughout the whole collection process and work closely with buying team and pattern making team

Requirements 任职要求：
? You have a good eye for colour and composition, paying attention to detail
? You can work independently
? You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
? You have good English skills, both spoken and written
? You have the ability to illustrate and create original artwork within Jack and Jones’s demographic
? You can identify new trends and implement this in your work
? You have a degree in fashion design
? You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in men's wear fashion design
