Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for organizing the Fitting time for each buying teams

2. Responsible for Leading and managing the fitting sessions

3. Responsible for managing all SELECTED OWNED patterns

4. Responsible for setting up the quality standard and assure all bulk quality is up to the standard from all suppliers

5. Responsible for managing the technician team and assure all their skills up to standard and all Selected standards are followed up closely

6. Responsible for managing the quality issue/feedback from warehouse and return samples inspection from bulk AQL in warehouse

7. Responsible for Visiting and evaluating the new suppliers along with the buying team leader

Requirements

1. Age: 30-40, above College degree, major in fashion design and technology

2. Work effective, organized with good English communication skills

3. Work under pressure with independency

4. At least above 5-7 years pattern maker relevant experience
