Role Summary/Purpose:


Essential Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibilities include core team design requirements, development, V&V, and detailed implementation of remote digital rules and tools.
2. Development and implementation of GEHC MR remote digital performance indicators (rules; tools) through partnership with Engineering and regional Service Operations teams
3. Driving the development of new,and improving current, remote “Best Available Troubleshooting (BAT)” tools to provide comprehensive sub-system understanding of failed and or potential failing components that impact customer productivity and or GEHC Cost-To-Serve metrics
4. Working with product engineering to develop remote serviceability requirements to grow remote diagnose-ability features for pre-M1 NPI milestones
5. Responsible for gathering remote digital rules/tools user requirements; understanding and integrating available modality system diagnostics into remote troubleshooting strategy
6. Collaborate with region service delivery teams to develop and provide training on remote service rules/tools use, along with means of ensuring full participation of tool usage
7. Support development of business cases for strategic planning sessions and initiatives
8. Strong customer advocate focused on issue resolution by facilitating a strong interface/relationship between the OLC, Modality Engineering, Field Service and Applications
9. Work and lead in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
