Essential Responsibilities
• Hiring directly supervising, compensating and developing effectively a team of professional marketers
• Working closely with marketing insights team to drive regional market segmentation, identify market and adjacent opportunities, unmet customer needs, and understanding competitive intelligence positioning
• Developing and executing strategic collaboration customer programs, and making it scalable for customers and most essentially delivering an excellent customer value and experience.
• Partnering with cross functions (sales, modalities etc.) to validate and implement integrated solutions to drive the outcome for GE, customers and stake holders.
• In partnership with Product and Sales, leading the Annual Region/Country Integrated Marketing Plan, ensuring execution of coherent and impactful campaigns
• Implementing regional segmentation strategy. Develop and drive execution of regional segment value propositions and positioning. Manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent
• Working with Region Product Marketer(s) to secure product positioning and customer-focus solutions information across the portfolio.
• Measuring and monitoring metrics and operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives (e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc)
Role Summary/Purpose
The Field Marketing Manager is a market (specific geography) and/or segment (i.e. government accounts, top accounts) expert responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that either will generate new opportunities for a specific geography or advance existing ones. Always working in partnership with sales, channels and product marketing teams, this role is also responsible to bring customer insights through all deployed programs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
3. Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
4. Excellent oral and written English communications skills
5. Planning and project management skills
6. Experience working with Sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 7+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
3. Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
4. Healthcare product/industry acumen
5. Innovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration
6. Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
7. Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
8. Digital Marketing and Social media
9. Can learn fast quickly and communicate effectively in a fast paced environment
