To align with Microsoft’s “Mobile first, Cloud first” strategy, CAT team mission and focus is on Accelerating The Adoption of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions based upon Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server, System Center cloud platform - providing architecture design guidance, recommendations and product best practice to customers and service providers, Serving The Engineering - helping product teams to understand customer scenarios, requirements, hot topics, key issues and opportunities for new features and functionality, and Knowledge transferring – creating technical best practice blogs, whitepapers, books and other materials and delivering through various channels (i.e. media, workshop, conference) that help nourish internal & external ecosystem technical readiness, see http://blog.csdn.net/column/details/cciccat.html for some examples.



We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cloud computing, has experiences in developing Azure solutions patterns and frameworks based on Azure PaaS offerings. To be successful in this area you must thrive dealing with design patterns, enterprise architecture and solution design and development, and you should be passionate about cloud computing and the next generation of Microsoft Azure platform.



Knowledge, Skills and Experience



1)Technical/Functional Skills

The ideal candidate will have detailed technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure public cloud platform and technology and will be able to clearly articulate how to leverage these technologies to build a public and hybrid cloud solution.





2)Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills

Great communication and presentation skills. Fast learning, passionate about technology and in driving for results. Self-driven and self-motivated.





3)Qualifications

•Passion for cloud computing solution design and development

•3+ years of experience building scalable Azure PaaS solution

•7+ years of experience in developing commercial distributed systems software

•Proficient at C++ and C#, and experience with Java, Pythons, HTML5, SQL, PowerShell

•Experience in open source technologies such as Linux, PHP, MySQL, Docker

•Experience in building Windows Universal Apps using Visual Studio

•Experience in building cross platform mobile Apps using Xamarin, Mono, .NET Code, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core

•Excellence in software engineering practices and coding

•Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software

•BS+ in computer science or related fields



Special Requirements/Additional Information e.g. Language Skills

-Windows Server, System Center and Windows Azure Pack (WAP)

-Open source experience of cloud service development and/or solution architecture

-Effective communication skills in Chinese and English languages
