Senior Product Manager – Cortana UX

Location: Beijing, China

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us create new, delightful mobile, cross-platform experiences to improve people’s work and life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of cross device features for Cortana

• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

• Lead the vision of how Cortana would seamlessly empower users at home, work, and on-the-go.



About our team:

We are the Cortana mobile team, changing the world through artificial intelligence. Unlike many other teams in a multi-national corporation based in China, we have end-to-end, full control of the product on mobile. The rest of the Cortana team is spread across Israel, USA, and India. You will be working with world-class talents across the globe to drive a company level bet.



Requirements

• 5+ years Product management or product design experience

• Experience in creating consumer-facing mobile products strongly desired.

• Proven track record in demonstrating user empathy and customer engineering.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

• Ability to inspire and build alignment without authorities.

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal.

• Experience in IoT and PC-based UX products a strong plus.
