Microsoft Xiaoice team is looking for a strong program manager to develop innovative products of artificial intelligence to connect with millions of users.



As a PM in the team you will be responsible to provide deep insights on customer, for designing and improving the co***ersation, interaction channels and onboarding variety of partners including information, knowledge and services. We are looking for a strong PM with balanced set of creativity, customer focus, design, partner engagement, and execution skills.



Job description

• Drive product requirements definition, product planning and design, bring features live to the site.

• Monitor and analyze user/partner feedback and product metric for iterative product improvement.

• Understand and lead analyses of the competitive e***ironment and recent trends to determine the right set of features.

• Responsible for AI product design and application to power emerging industries, such as TV, Media, broadcast, heroines.

Job requirement

• 3+ years internet product experience

• Good product sense- ability to e***ision user scenarios and prototype product design i***olving technology

• Active thinking and quick execution, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

• As plus, Experience in cutting-edge technology, such as AI, Big data, machine learning
