Job Description



Microsoft Xiaoice team is looking for a strong program manager to develop innovative products of artificial intelligence to connect with millions of users.



As a PM in the team you will be responsible to provide deep insights on customer, for designing and improving the conversation, interaction channels and onboarding variety of partners including information, knowledge and services. We are looking for a strong PM with balanced set of creativity, customer focus, design, partner engagement, and execution skills.



Position requirements:



* Creative product design and problem solving skills



* Good communication skill, able to drive cross-discipline/group collaboration



* Strong execution and team work



* Be good at both user empathy and technology understanding, naturally bring technology improvements into user scenario



* 4+ years internet product experience



* As plus, passion for cutting-edge technology, such as machine learning, image recognition, natural language processing spaces



* Language: native Chinese speaker is required



This position located in Beijing, China.

- 兼具用户体验导向与技术创新导向，既可深入理解用户需求和人性，又可结合突破性的技术研发成果，从而对用户交互方式和需求满足提出创新型的想法并付诸实施；



- 思维活跃且富有创造力，能够提供独到的问题解决方法和产品设计方案；



- 沟通能力强，能与研发、设计、市场、运营等团队紧密配合，快速高效地推动产品或功能点的上线，并在促使其沿整个生命周期演进的过程中不断迭代进化；



- 执行能力强，能承受工作压力，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神；



- 2-4年互联网产品相关工作经验，重前端、重交互、社交类相关产品经验者优先，有人工智能、机器学习、搜索、图像识别、自然语言处理相关领域经验者优先。
