职位描述
基本工作职责
1、协助IT应用系统的项目经理，收集IT应用系统的甲方（财务、人事、行政、业务部门等）所提出的需求，并就需求细节进行深入梳理和确认；
2、与IT应用系统的乙方（开发、实施团队）确认需求的可行性、完整性，工作量评估等。需要时，召集甲乙双方，共同确认需求范围；
3、需要时，与甲方的上级主管协调需求的必要性和优先级；
4、借助项目管理和需求管理等平台，维护需求信息，跟踪需求执行状态，及时监控和发现问题；
5、协助项目经理和部门经理，整理项目信息，准备文字汇报材料。
技术要求
1、熟悉企业级业务应用系统的开发和实施流程，具有企业ERP实施咨询经验者优先；
2、具备项目管理方面的专业知识，具有大型软件应用项目的组织协调或售前经验者优先；
能力要求
1、良好的组织协调能力；
2、有效的沟通技巧，能够与用户、开发人员等不同人群建立良好的沟通氛围
3、积极、主动，具备独立完成工作任务及项目的能力；
任职要求
1、大学本科，计算机或相关专业
2、3年以上IT应用系统实施、咨询或售前经验
语言要求
英语，听说读写熟练；工作中要求英文沟通
