职位描述
We are looking for Clinical Data Manager (at least 3 years above experience in related area) for leading pharmaceutical companies in Shanghai.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Builds effective and high performing study data management teams through integration, motivation and optimizing team performance.
2. Embeds company values into the team's culture and promotes team spirit.
3. Provides support and assigns specific study components (sites, country, region) to each Data Manager on the study.
4. Provides study specific training to ensure performance in their area of responsibility, contribution to and participation.
5. In collaboration with line management, coaches and supports Data Managers to ensure performance is optimized on the study.
6. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with, and is the primary data management contact at the Study level for Study Management Team members, key stakeholders and co-development partners or CROs.
7. Maintains awareness of internal and external data management Clinical DataManagement practices.
Relevant working experience:
1. Proven experience of most aspects of data management including study start up: coordinating case report form design, database set up, validation programming and creating data quality plans, through to database lock, clinical evaluation and statistical analysis.
2. Understanding of thesaurus management, serious adverse event reporting, full query management and status reporting.
3. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements such as ICH and GCP.
4. Experience of project managing data management activities of a clinical study including development of timelines and resource plans.
5. Detail oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve
