安扩技术的IT Helpdesk职位隶属于总部支持部门，工作地点位于酒仙桥恒通商务园。

Main Responsibilities:

Help-desk @40%

Application Support @30%

Infrastructure @10%

Administration @20%

Tasks:

Daily IT Help-desk (Phone supportof Windows, Office 365, NAV, EOS, My Work Drive, Staff Hub, Hardware, etc)

Provide escalation point for anyissues to Encore Asia IT

Manage Software Licensing

Procurement and Deployment ofany new it equipment

Venue Rental Laptop Imaging(every 3 months) – @20 laptops

Training of Venue Techs onRental laptop processes

Venue Infrastructure support andImprovements (Wifi/ Network)

Assist with introduction ofEncore IT Policy and procedures as directed

IT Security of systems

Any other IT tasks as directedby IT Service Delivery manager or GM China
