Essential Responsibilities:
? Support of co-marketing activities of OEM accounts in China markets (focus on European auto makers).
? Work in conjunction with internal Sales, influence OEM to increase take rate of the Company's products.
? Plan, prepare & deploy dealer level promotion, incentive & training activities.
? Support Sales & BD in their business pursuits.
? Assist in developing the department's strategic plan, addressing critical issues in marketing.
? Makes presentations to customers on marketing related subjects.
? Assist in market research activities in order to keep abreast of changing demographics and other relevant information needed to evaluate marketing and communications activities.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Skills:
? Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent English & Chinese written, presentation, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
? Individual must be able to motivate and influence others.
? Individual must have an eye and focus for detail.
? Individual must have the ability to think creatively and tactically, have excellent judgment and be able to work under high pressure demands.
? German speaking/writing skill is preferred.
? Experience of working in the automotive industry is preferred.
Physical Demands:
? Work requires highly skilled and varied physical operations requiring detailed arrangements.
? Work can require a considerable variety of fairly steady active physical exertion at times, requiring some lifting and/or continuous standing or walking.
