工作职责

1、负责品牌天猫国际旗舰店全年营销活动规划和活动执行；

2、规划和管理营销活动的预算，合理有效、最大限度地使用预算执行广告投放和营销活动；

3、结合市场整体行情和行业数据对竞争对手的产品策略、促销策略、营销策略、推广策略组合分析研究，提出应对措施；

4、统筹指导品牌运营工作，针对不同店铺提出有效的运营策略；

6、统筹与平台和品牌方的对接、合作，有效协调内部各种资源

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，至少三年以上电商行业运营经理工作经验；

2、精通天猫国际渠道；

3、熟悉美妆类目运营，有美妆行业经验；

7、有轻奢、奢侈品行业运营经验；

8、熟练英语或日语有限考虑；
