Your Responsibility

 

• Involvement in localization process: preparation and evaluation of technical changes, clarification and evaluation of technical topics, tracking of validation tests by local suppliers. Involvement in the definition of new local suppliers

• Communication with technical development teams in Germany

• Involvement in local validation tests: tracking of local validation activities and identification/definition of suitable tests. Check/review environment conditions during validations in the car

• Analysis of parts after car/transmission validations

• Analysis of parts on claimed transmissions in the field

• Technical evaluation by deviations on parts and production process

   

Your Requirements

 

• Master degree or equivalent in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics

• Preferable working experience in the automotive industry

• Mother tongue Chinese, fluent English or German language skills

• CAD-software (Creo Elements, Catia, Pro E), MS Office

• Knowledge of transmission and cars

• Knowledge of established manufacturing/assembling methods in the automotive industry

自2014年起，我厂持续为大众汽车集团（中国）的数百万国产车型供应高品质DSG双离合自动变速器，成为行业中重要的一员。我们一直秉承高质量标准和技术水平以保持在中国市场的发展势头。目前已实现4款双离合变速器及2款新能源产品的量产，并对其中2款变速器进行了二氧化碳排放的优化。2020年另一款适用于MEB平台的新能源纯电动动力电机即将实现量产。其中，DQ400e混合动力变速器和APP290纯电动动力电机的本地化生产标志着大众集团进一步强化其电动化战略并为其进入电动汽车市场迈出了坚实的步伐。
